Using the website

The site is for information about County Wine Festivals and for sending us an enquiry or an interest form. Content may change as the event is planned. We try to keep facts current, but they are not a live ticket inventory.

Do not misuse the site. That includes scraping, flooding the forms, sending offensive or unlawful content, or attempting to break the service. We may ignore or delete submissions that look like spam or abuse.

Visitors cannot post reviews, comments or uploads on this website.

The footer includes Facebook and LinkedIn. Instagram is not published yet. Following a link takes you to that platform, which has its own terms.

Intellectual property

The words, illustrations and layout on this site belong to County Wine Festivals Limited or to people who have licensed them to us. You may view them for your own information. You may not copy them for another site or a product without our written permission. Stock photographs are used under licence.

Enquiries are not a booking

Sending a form is not a booking and not a contract. We will confirm any exhibitor or sponsor agreement separately in writing. Stand prices are not published on this version of the site.

We do not take payments on this website. When tickets go on sale, payment will be due at checkout through the ticket provider we name at that time. That provider will have its own terms as well as these.

Tickets

Published visitor price is £27 per session. Sessions are 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm on Saturday 8 May 2027 at The RNLI College, Poole. A Masterclass needs its own ticket as well as a festival ticket. Masterclass prices will be confirmed when those tickets go on sale.

We do not offer refunds on tickets. If you can no longer attend, email office@countywinefestivals.co.uk as soon as you can. We may be able to change your session. You may pass your ticket to a family member, friend or colleague.

If the festival has to be cancelled, we will contact ticket holders and explain the options then.

Age, alcohol and the venue

You must be 18 or over to use the interest forms in a meaningful way and to attend the festival. Alcohol is served. Valid ID may be requested on entry. Under-18s, including babies and small children, are not permitted.

Please drink responsibly. See Drinkaware.co.uk.

The RNLI College is the hired venue. There is no RNLI partnership, charity tie-in or fundraising relationship.

Complaints

Complaints about the website or our service: County Wine Festivals Limited, data officer, office@countywinefestivals.co.uk, and the registered office above. We aim to reply within five working days. There is no public phone number.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site and the event develop. The date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new wording.
